 Hello, I'm Elisa, and I'm on a mission to support professionals and entrepreneurs prevent burnout, relieve stress and anxiety, and work on the root causes of their issues and triggers. Let me share a bit about my journey and how it has led me to where I am today.

 For many years, I was a prisoner of panic attacks, anxiety, and insomnia, all while maintaining a successful career in Human Resources. I felt like I was suffering in silence, and the weight of my emotions seemed unbearable. Despite my challenges, I remained motivated to turn my story into an example that could help others facing similar challenges. I was determined not to let more people experience what I had gone through. I realized that no medication alone could solve my problems; I needed to delve deep into the root causes of my issues. This commitment to self-discovery and vulnerability marked the beginning of my transformation.

In our work together, I aim to help individuals like you who are tired of their current situations, have tried various solutions without success, and are being robbed of their peace by physical symptoms.
