  • Sessions are virtual and they go for 75 minutes each. We start with a clarity call first to discuss best approach and program. Upon agreement, we begin working on the issue that you have selected on the first session. We combine mind-body methodology such as Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or also known as Tapping, Energy Psychology, Mindfulness, Breath Work Practices, and Coaching

  • You can start seeing results from the first session. Some clients have great shifts and can solve an issue in a session and others will start seeing results as they continue getting to the root of the issue in the following sessions. Everybody is different; however, these methods work and there is research and many case studies that support its success rate.

  • I use Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Energy Psychology, Mindfulness, Breath Work Practices, and Coaching.

  • People who are committed to their personal growth and development

    Want to invest in themselves and are willing to do the work.

    Most of my clients have tried conventional methods and are not finding results. They know they have an issue but don’t know how to address it from the root. They know they shouldn’t feel this way and are tired.

  • EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. It is a science evidence method that combines modern psychology while tapping on stress-reduction acupressure points in the body. Tapping on these points send a calm signal to the amygdala in the brain breaking the fight or flight response in the nervous system. It's like an off switch. EFT is recognized as an evidence-based method by the American Psychological Association (APA) based on clinical trials. Over 155 clinical studies have been published with successful results. This method works twice as fast in half the time as CBT for PTSD in veterans. It is effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, pain and addictions.
